Come enjoy a full body training experience including mountain bike centric movements with the coaches of McHone Performance Training. McHone Performance Training specializes in training adventurers to those who want to improve their fitness for a weekend ride on the local trails. Bring your bike to use in part of the workout. Beer and post fitness fuel will be provided.

MPT coaches will lead us in a short mountain bike-focused training at the Bent Creek Community Park (125 Idlewood Drive, AVL, 28806) followed by beverages and riding the pump track.

Check-in begins at 6 pm
Workout 6:30 pm–7 pm
